Barozzi Veiga Arquitectos

Barozzi Veiga Arquitectos are based in Barcelona. The firm was established by Fabrizio Barozzi and Alberto Veiga in 2004. Among their realized buildings are the remodelling and extension of the headquarters of the Ruling Board for Guarantee of Origin for the Spanish Ribera del Duero winegrowing region in Roa and the Philharmonic House (concert hall) in Szczecin, Poland. They have also been awarded first prizes in the competitions for the extension of the Bundner Kunstmuseum Chur, Switzerland (currently under construction), and for a new building for the Musee des Beaux Arts in Lausanne, Switzerland. The search for the primal condition of every piece of the city, town, or landscape where they work is the core interest of Barozzi Veiga s work. This new book is the first comprehensive monograph on Fabrizio Barozzi and Alberto Veiga.
