This edition comprises a collection of articles that mine the canon of 20th-century architecture for new insights, and continues an investigation into the state of contemporary architecture. Featuring new analytical essays on Le Corbusier’s Maison Dom-ino, as well as the first English translations of his letters written between 1914-1916, an in-depth interview with OMA co-founder Elia Zenghelis and other articles on topics like digitally designed form and the hashtag, the publication is at once archival and topical. Additional contents include Alessandra Ponte’s close reading of Michel Houllebecq, photographs by Gabriele Basilico, 30 years of architecture in Los Angeles and more.
